EKRA Ltd. - An association of Kodak retirees

What we do:

We are an association of retirees of  Eastman Kodak Company.  Its purposes are:

  1. Advocating for the continuation of retirement benefits currently received by people who retired from Kodak or those receiving disability or survivor benefits from Kodak and their spouses, partners, and dependents.

  2. Informing members of alternative benefits options, and

  3. Advocating for changes in benefits public policy at the national level through our membership in National Retiree's Legislative Network (NRLN), an association of over 2 million retirees.

We will achieve our purposes through the following activities:

  • Associating and lobbying directly and indirectly with other organizations at the local, state, and national levels.
  • Communicating through an EKRA website.
  • Conducting meetings with Kodak stakeholders.
  • Managing our organization and collecting modest dues from consenting retirees, and conduct necessary administrative functions.

What we don't do

We do not intend to fight Kodak for reinstatement of the benefits we have lost. We are only focusing on how to manage any possible further declines in the future. We hope to engage and exchange perspectives with Kodak stakeholders in ways that can achieve win/win outcomes.

  •
Volunteer with EKRA!

What we expect from members

In order for us to be advocates for  our members, we need your help.  We ask that you:

  • Volunteer to help achieve our association's mission.
  • Participate in on-line surveys that we will conduct from time to time to better understand your circumstances and needs.
  • Actively engage in "grassroots" advocacy through our involvement with the National Retiree's Legislative Network (NRLN).  This will involve contacting public officials by e-mail, letters, phone calls and perhaps personal visits.
  • Recruit other Kodak retirees to join our organization.
  • Give us your ideas about how we can better serve you.

We are member of National Retiree Legislative Network EKRA members are also NRLN members. Click on the banner above to learn what 2 million other retirees are doing about advocating for benefits.
